Such a Long Day

I have no idea what was wrong with me today, i was starving hungry all day long, probably because i'm tired,been a week of late nights due to watching Million Pound Drop.

Work is busy, lots going on at the moment, so i have come home, baked a cake for my hubby and some cupcakes for work,thinking of that i need to go and ice them!

Feeling really fat today which is an odd thing for someone who is overweight to say, but just feel it.

Think it's going to be an early night tonight, so am going to leave this for tonight.

Will come back on and do a longer post tomorrow

Time to start again

Well, this is my log of my weight loss. Today i have read the blog of a fellow Weight Watcher and it's really inspired me to do one so that it will help me along the way, and to keep track of how well (or not) i'm doing.

When i got married nearly 4 years ago, i was the heaviest i have ever been, and i will never be that weight ever again!!

I have spent the last few years on and off (mainly off) various diets and had lost about 2 stone ish in total. No-where near enough.

A family member has been diagnosed with brain tumours this year and really hasn't got left long to live, i think this has made me realise that life is too short to be fat and unhappy, so this is the year that it changed.

My aim is to lose about 6 stone and to get myself fitter and more toned than ever before.

So i joined Weight Watchers with a colleague and friend Laura, mid February. So far i have lost 23 1/2 pounds, or rather i had until this week when i had a gain of 3 1/2, i'm absolutely disgusted with myself, i just seem to have lost a bit of control and portion control went out of the window, so it wasn't a suprise however it won't happen again. Have decided to track every single thing i eat each day and plan the day before so i know exactly what i'm eating and when.

Today has been a really good day, i planned everything last night and this is what i have had

Breakfast:
1 Plain Bagel = 3
2 x Eggs, Scrambled = 3

Lunch:
200g Pasta = 4
1 tin of WW tuna with mayo and sweetcorn = 1 1/2
Cucumber = 0
2 tsp Extra Light Hellmans Mayo = 1/2
East smart strawberry yogurt = 1
Apple = 1/2
Banana = 1 1/2

Dinner:
WW spaghetti bolognese = 5

Later:
Options hot chocolate = 1

After work, i headed to the pool and did 34 lengths, not a huge amount tonight, but it was really choppy as there were a few 'serious' swimmers doing their thing.
